More than thirty representatives from local police, state police, fire, and EMS personnel from around the county took the time to set up displays and demonstrations and be available to interact with all the students and answer their questions.

SCVTS Kicks-Off Year-Long Celebration of 50 Years in Salem County: School Officials Open 1974 Time Capsule
To kick things off, the district held a special ceremony on Wednesday, August 2 during which the contents of a time capsule from the site’s inaugural year of 1974 were revealed.
