75 Hour Pre-License Real Estate Salesperson Classes

Salem County Vocational Technical School is now enrolling for the 2025 NJ Real Estate License classes! We are approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to offer ONLINE pre-license salesperson classes.

Tuition: $399

What’s included: Book, supplemental materials, more than 2,000 practice questions, online platform, study notes, flashcard video guides, LIVE professional Certified Instructor led classes with pre-recorded lectures. At this time, all classes are currently being offered online only.

Students are expected to attend class virtually during the hours of class. This is not a self-paced, personal learning program. Students will participate in class lecture, discussions, activities, and assessments live, just from the comfort of your residence.
